Will for identify and manage asset reliability risks, by applying predictive and preventative procedures that support the safety and efficiency of the plant. With employee safety as a top priority, you will manage a team of electrical and mechanical maintenance employees.Work with engineering and operations to ensure production reliability of equipment.Maintain new and modified equipment installations.Work on design and commissioning of new steel processing equipmentUse failure analysis techniques to identify root causes and develop solutionsStudy and mitigate machinery reliability risks that could impact plant production.Manage a team of supervisors and develop a departmental planEvaluate technical MRO equipment, and both MRO and maintenance service suppliers
