River Run Farm is an innovative, dynamic organic vegetable farm in Sequim, WA.

Pay: $17.50- $21/hr DOE, On-Site Housing is available
We are looking for the perfect person to hire for our farm harvest crew. Our new hire should be able to join this fall, learn the ropes from our skilled team, and be the harvest lead through the winter months.
Our crew shrinks from 10 down to 2-3 during the winter months, and you will sometimes be working alone or with one other person. We will prioritize finding someone with farm experience that speaks Spanish.
This is a big ask, and we are open to hiring English only speakers, but because the crew is predominantly Spanish speakers, an interest in speaking and learning Spanish is essential.
This is a physically demanding, cold-weather harvest job, and please apply only if you feel you are capable and will enjoy this challenging type of work. Pay depends on past farm experience, language abilities, and an ability to perform tasks efficiently.
