If you have worked as a paraprofessional, paraeducator, teachers aid, teachers assistant, in high school education, as a skills trainer or youth coach in the past, this position could be a great fit for you! Responsibilities:Developing, implementing, and evaluating youth care and support.Providing direct support services which include coordinating services and scheduling with the youth, case worker, and their foster families.Providing skills training to youth based on their measurable goals and desired outcomes.Coordinating and writing programming for group-based activities monthly.Executing goal-based group activities with coworkers.
