Key Responsibilities:
+ Efficiently wash, organize, and manage inventory of all kitchen equipment and service items
+ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including walk-in refrigerators
+ Monitor and clean the dishwasher, ensuring optimal performance
+ Manage proper inventory levels of plates at service stations
+ Maintain organized storage of dish dollies, glass racks, and flatware
+ Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
+ Empty and sanitize garbage cans regularly
+ Understand and properly manage cleaning chemicals and supplies
What We're Looking For:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Prior kitchen or related experience preferred
+ Current food handler card
+ Ability to read and follow simple instructions and correspondence
+ Basic math skills for inventory management
+ Strong common sense and problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
