Position: Evening Line Cook
Shifts run anywhere from 3pm-11pm.

Located in Tigard Oregon, our restaurant is known for home cooked meals. As an Evening Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and quality standards
Execute tasks efficiently and effectively during high-volume dinner service.
Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely ticket times
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar role for at least 1 year.
Solid understanding of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
