Sushi Chefs Needed Full or Part Time.
Come join our team at Bridgeport Village Mall! We are looking for dedicated chefs who take pride in serving the highest quality fish with a passion for presentation and operational excellence.
Duties include: Opening, maintaining, and closing sushi bar operations, Properly display and arranging a visual presentation of food products and interacting and; communicating with customers regularly.
Ideal candidates with the following qualities:
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale sushi establishment
Sushi Chefs must have 1+ years of experience.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to prepare ingredients in a clean and prompt manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail
We have both full and part-time shifts available for Sushi Chefs.
