Title: Thai Specialty Cook
Job Description:
Prepare and cook delicious Thai foods and unique Thai dishes using in depth Thai cooking knowledge and skills
Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts
Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
Check the quantity and quality of received products
Determine how food should be presented, and creates decorative food displays
Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Check stock levels and ordering supplies
Wage : $39,500-$43,000/year
Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
