HIRING: Weekday Bartender (10–4) — AKA: The One Who Runs the Show
(Looking for Monday-Friday. Only want 3 days, we can work with that, too)
The Cazadero is adding one more powerhouse to our weekday squad.
This isn’t just a bartending/serving shift, this is your show.
You’re the star, the concierge, the bartender, the table-whisperer, the vibe curator.
(But don’t worry, you won’t be overworked. We run a smooth ship, not the Titanic.)
Your Superpowers:
Pour a beer like you meant to do it that way
Steps of service on lock — greet, serve, pre-bus without being haunted by the ghosts of Managers Past
Lottery experience a plus
Handle 4–5 tables & the bar while still smiling like it was your idea
Not panicking when the printer shoots out 10 tickets in a row
Friendly without trying too hard - guests just like you
Confident enough to run the FOH solo without narrating your internal panic
This role is perfect for someone who likes being:
