Detective Assignment Compensation:
Officers assigned to this position receive a 5% pay differential per the CCPOA contract, and a take home car subject to WLPD Policy.
4.5% deferred compensation contribution of base salary per pay period
10% Incentive for bachelor’s degree or 2% for associates degree
7% Incentive for Advanced DPSST Certificate
Vacation accrual rate commensurate with years of service
