Our Adult Care Home is a warm, family-style home located in Washington County. We provide compassionate, person-centered support for up to five residents, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life in a comfortable home environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized assistance, nutritious meals, medication support, and daily care with kindness and respect.
We are currently seeking caring, reliable caregivers to join our team. Starting salary is $20+ per hour, depending on experience. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and passionate about supporting adults in a home-like setting, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Companionship
Light Housekeeping
Cooking Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Activities with Resident(s)
Bathing, Dressing, and Toileting Assistance (Assistance with Activities of Daily Living)
Medication Assistance and/or Administration
Help Maintain a Clean, Safe, and Nurturing Environment
Follow Individualized Care Plan and Work Collaboratively with Staff, Nurses, and Families
Qualifications:
21 Years or Older
Reliable
Ability to be Punctual
Ability to Pass a Background Check
Basic Reading, Writing, and Speaking of English
Authorization to Work in the United States
Ability to Lift, Carry, Push, or Pull 50+ Pounds
Drug Free Policy
Must Get Along with Other Caregivers and Work as a Team
