AgeRight Care at Home is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our family!
Job Responsibilities:
As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s place of residence. Care is provided under a physician’s order and coordinated through quality practice, case management, and through all aspects of the nursing process. The Registered Nurse is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Home Health Aide & Licensed Practical Nurse.
Qualifications:
Passionate about helping seniors live their best life.
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in the appropriate state.
Experience working in Home Health is preferred, but not required.
Will consider new graduates!
