90+ year old lady. She is alert, oriented and sharp. She has Arthritis and needs chair to bed, and chair to commode transfer. Some incontinency from urgency. She lives in her own home but needs assistance with activities of daily living. Some showering, stand by assist walking to the bathroom, meal preparation, medications, companionship, laundry, and heavy housekeeping. Occasional schedule coordination with other care provider is optional and may be needed. Some transportation to Dr. Appt's using her vehiclevalid Drivers License required.
Schedule: 5-6 hr days Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 11a or 10a-4p, and vacation relief.

Wage: $25-$27/hr. DOE
