Property Management Company has a part-time cleaning position available 20-40 hours per week. Portfolio includes vintage properties located in Portland's close-in neighborhoods. We take pride in maintaining the utmost care and cleanliness of the properties we manage, ensuring our residents have a comfortable and welcoming environment. As a Cleaner you will play a vital role in upholding these standards by preparing units for new occupants.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform deep cleans of vacant units.
Clean common areas such as offices, bathrooms, lobbies, and gyms as requested
As necessary, perform specialty cleaning tasks such as waxing floors and pressure washing balconies.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols disposing of all waste is properly.
Requirements:
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift approximately 30 lbs. and climb stairs.
Must have own cleaning tools (brushes, scrubbers, floor mops, towels, etc.)
Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Reliable and punctual.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check.
Have a valid driver’s license and minimum required car insurance
Benefits:
Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits available to those working at least 30 hours per week, after 60 days.
Paid Holidays
Generous PTO for those working at least 20 hours per week after 90 days.
Eligibility to participate in retirement plan after one year of employment.
Starting pay is $20-$25/hour DOE.
