Solid construction company with integrity looking to hire top quality people looking for a stable career. We are looking to fill positions doing concrete slab sawing, core drilling, hand-sawing, concrete removal, and other construction related duties. Experience is not necessary as we are willing to train committed individuals. Individuals we are looking for would meet the following criteria:
Ability to speak Spanish and English
Have proper documentation needed for payroll
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
No criminal record
Arrive on-site on time
Be drug and alcohol free & pass intermittent drug screening
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Willing and able to comply with safety protocols using PPE, power tools, and equipment
Willing to work longer hours when needed along with Saturdays and night jobs on occasion
Appreciate working in a positive working environment free of cursing or swearing
Willing and able to work in all weather conditions
Desire to work together as a team towards mutual success
Willing desire to be flexible to accomplish any task needing completion
Willing to travel within Washington & Oregon as needed
Paid medical and holidays after 2 years of employment
