Job Duties:
Direct traffic safely and efficiently at construction sites or designated locations.
Set up and remove traffic control devices, including cones, barricades, and signs.
Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to ensure safety and provide directions as needed.
Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures accordingly.
Report any incidents or issues to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job

Qualifications:
1 year Flagger experience
Flagger certification
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, pedestrians, and team members.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate placement of traffic control devices.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
Knowledge of utility locating procedures and equipment, such as Caterpillar, is preferred but not required.
