We are a local landscape and lawn maintenance company serving residential customers on the west side of Portland and in and around the Beaverton area. Full or Part time positions available.
Experience is preferred, but will train the right person if needed.
English and Espanol speakers welcome.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding and upholding quality standards of the company on a daily basis
- Operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, pruners, aerators, thatchers, chainsaws, sprayers, etc
- Driving GMC or Chevy 3500 landscape dump trucks with single axle trailers attached - NO CDL required
- Picking up landscape debris (such as leaves in the fall) and dumping into back of dump truck
- Managing daily maintenance routes in absence of supervisor, as needed
- Interacting with customers on occasion in the absence of a supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must have a priority on working safely
- Valid drivers’ license and appropriate legal documentation to work in the United States
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be reliable and on time
- Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day regardless of weather conditions
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to operate in an alcohol/drug free environment
Compensation:
Starting at $23-$26/hr, depending on experience, and then reevaluated after a 90-day period.
Semi-Annual bonuses awarded based on performance
Guaranteed pay of 40 hrs per week year round
