We are seeking Residential Maintenance Team Members for our fast growing property management company.
Qualifications:
-2 years minimum handyman experience for residential maintenance .
-Maintenance experience in internal duties (light plumbing, light electrical, wall and cabinetry repair, painting, replacing of fixtures.)
OR
-Maintenance experience in exterior duties (concrete, roofing, siding, carpentry, asphalt etc.)
EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION TEAM POSITION REQUIRES A TRUCK
We have many positions open for different levels of skill and experience.
This position is multi faceted and requires problem solving, being part of a team and communicating with tenants and managers on a daily basis.
Attributes of successful team members must include honesty, good time management, ability to work alone or alongside other team members and multitasking. In addition, they possess basic work tools, have reliable transportation with the ability to carry tools and large supplies from one job site to another, auto insurance, valid driver's license and a clean criminal background.
Smart phone with the ability to use digital time clock and mileage tracking required for employment.
