Maintenance Technician II (Facilities)
Location: Lloyd Corporate Plaza (field work across Portland metro)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Drives a company van as primary workspace
About the Role
Keep Cascadia properties safe and operational. Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety) across a portfolio of healthcare and housing sites.
Key Responsibilities
Complete/record maintenance work orders; prioritize effectively
Troubleshoot minor electrical; replace switches/outlets/fixtures
Perform minor plumbing repairs; assist with HVAC upkeep
Inspect systems, support preventive maintenance & capital projects
Coordinate vendors/contractors; respond to emergencies (rotating)
Follow safety, compliance, and documentation standards
Qualifications
HS diploma/GED required; technical cert/AA in maintenance/HVAC preferred
5+ years facilities maintenance (healthcare preferred)
Valid driver’s license & DMV check; able to lift/climb/stoop as needed
Strong troubleshooting; reads blueprints/schematics; CMMS familiarity
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $30.38-31.64/hour
