We are The Boutique COO, a PNW-based small business support company. We work with clients ranging from creatives, trades companies, professional services professionals, and many more.

We are growing our marketing offerings and are looking for social media managers, content creators, and copywriters to join our team! If you are interested in working directly with clients on a range of marketing projects, we’d love to connect with you.

We’re looking for folks with the following qualifications:

- Experience in social media management and content creation

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to a variety of styles and client priorities

- Self-starter attitude with the ability to problem solve; comfortable with an open-ended problem and creating a suggested plan from that

- Project and process management, managing deadlines and several priorities

- Critical thinking, to help best guide our clients

- Can-do attitude with the willingness to dive in and solve a problem on behalf of a client, with a positive attitude and willingness to find creative solutions

We require a minimum of an Associate's Degree, and candidates must be proficient in Google and Microsoft suites and have reliable access to a computer and internet.

This job is entirely work-from-home within the US as our clients and teams are spread out geographically as well. Hours start at 15 hrs/ week and the schedule is flexible. Pay starts at $30/ hour with ample potential to grow, plus structured performance bonuses.
