Now Hiring: Production Line Workers – Food Production (McMinnville, OR)
All Star Labor & Staffing is now hiring Production Line Workers for a busy Food Manufacturing Facility in McMinnville!
We’re looking for dependable individuals to assist with various stages of production including packaging, palletizing, loading, pouring ingredients into machines, and assisting with Quality Control.
Job Duties Include:
-Maintain food safety standards – lot traceability, product inspection
-Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients
-Work on a fast-paced, continuous production line
-Read and follow recipes, labels, and work orders in English
-Understand and follow allergen control protocols
-Operate and monitor safety devices
-Wear required PPE (hair/beard nets, lab coats, gloves, slip-resistant shoes)
-Sanitize line equipment and work areas
-Rotate through various positions as needed
Requirements:
-Must speak, read, and write English fluently
-Flexible and available for any shift and overtime as needed
-Basic math skills
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
-Stand and walk for up to 13 hours
-Lift and carry 25–65 lbs repeatedly
-Push/pull up to 1,000 lbs with pallet jack
-Bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs, and reach throughout shift
Shifts & Pay:
Day Shift: $16.50/hr
Graveyard Shift: $19.00/hr (includes $2.50 night differential)
Shift Schedules:
Shift 1: Sun – every other Wed, 4am–4pm
Shift 2: Sun – every other Wed, 4pm–4am
Shift 3: Every other Wed – Sat, 4am–4pm
Shift 4: Every other Wed – Sat, 4pm–4am
