Important Note: We are currently located in Estacada but we will be moving to 13,000 sq foot space in Wilsonville near the Costco this summer. Looking for swing shift employee who are ok with traveling to Estacada until this summer and then continuing in Wilsonville after the move.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and experience in precision machining.
```Duties```
- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Familiarity with operating lathe and mill CNC equipment
- Strong mathematical skills for performing basic calculations and measurements
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Experience with tooling maintenance
