A local manufacturer of architectural products, has an opening for an Office Administrator in our downtown Camas WA headquarters. This position is full-time, in-office and provides administrative support to the Corporate office.
The successful applicant will be professional, dependable, energetic, detail oriented, highly organized and possess the willingness and flexibility to assist in any capacity required. In addition to proficiency in MS Office, candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly. We are looking for someone that has the ambition to succeed and seek advancement opportunities.
The position involves receiving and routing all inbound phone calls so experience with a multi-line phone system is required. Additional duties include basic bookkeeping work using QuickBooks.
