Guardian has an immediate need for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our experienced and committed team at Alder House apartments!

For this position, we need a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have excellent customer service skills and a minimum of one year of experience in multifamily property management. Previous affordable housing paperwork experience, strongly preferred.

Schedule: 40 hours / week

Compensation: $24/hr DOE + benefits!

Qualification Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

High school diploma or GED.

A minimum of one year of experience in multifamily property management.

Affordable property management experience, preferred.

Strong customer service skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong mathematical skills.

Possess strong technology, internet and general computer use skills and willingness to learn new programs as needed.

Ability to speak, read and write in English.

Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.

Able to complete company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
