Hair station for rent in SW Portland.

I have been a licensed hairstylist for 23 years and just opened up my very own salon in Southwest Portland! Emanate salon is looking for an established hair stylist to rent the second of two beautiful hair stations. Located inconspicuously on the corner of SW Barbur Blvd and 19th Ave, (directly under Tobacco town), Emanate offers high-end, customized hair services with a laid-back, earthy, eclectic yet modern vibe. I have full spectrum LED lighting, a private bathroom and private parking. Although it’s a destination location, the space is absolutely stunning! It is a 600 square-foot space that has two hair stations and a soon to be massage/Reiki table that I’ll occasionally use after hours. This hair station would be perfect for someone who already has an established clientele and just needs somewhere to put them. Full-time lease $700, part-time lease $550. I carry Davines styling products (and shampoo back bar) which you could use or bring in your own line. You would, of course need to have your own color and to supply your own styling products.
