Licensed Massage Therapist — in Sellwood

We’re looking for licensed massage therapists to join our growing team at a new Portland clinic in Sellwood. Our clinic primarily serves Kaiser-insured patients, offering a steady, rewarding practice focused on therapeutic care.

Pay Range:

Reimbursement for work ranges $40-46 per hour long treatment. We offer 60, 90 and 120 min massage sessions.

Therapists receive 100% of tips, and all income earned is paid directly to you as an independent contractor (1099).

Independent contractors will be paid monthly

Flexible Scheduling:

This position works beautifully for LMTs who are building or maintaining their own practice, as well as for therapists who simply want to plug into an organized, well-run clinic and focus solely on client care.

As independent contractors, therapists have full control over their own schedules. You may choose to work any where from 1 - 7 days per week and set your preferred hours. A typical day may include 1 - 6 massages, depending on your availability and comfort.

Contractor Responsibilities & Qualifications:

-As independent contractors, therapists maintain control over their treatment style, approach, and clinical decision-making.

-You should have a current Oregon Massage License

Expected to:

-Provide therapeutic massage sessions

-Maintain accurate, same-day chart notes in the provided EHR system.

-Communicate with management about any patient or clinic issues.

-Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment, including resetting the room between clients and following sanitation protocols required by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapy.

-Support the client experience by greeting patients and assisting them with rebooking as needed.

-Strong communication skills and a professional, inclusive approach with clients and colleagues

-Interest in supporting Kaiser patients and goal-oriented therapeutic care.
