As the Manager, you develop our team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery.

The Manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. You’ll be a part of our management team and will receive ongoing and unlimited support and training. You’ll also participate in our annual meetings that are typically held in Nashville, Austin, or Las Vegas.

Requirements:
● A valid Oregon cosmetology license. You will be on the floor cutting hair!
● Salon Management, 1 year (preferred) – if not, we will train you!.
● Ability to work a flexible schedule
● Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
