Energy Comfort & Construction is currently searching for weatherization/insulation installers, crew lead experience is a plus. We are a weatherization company specializing in insulation, windows replacement, EPDM replacement, duct and air sealing and other weatherization related jobs. HVAC and/or plumbing a plus! These are full-time permanent positions, 40 hours a week, plus overtime. Some overnight travel may be required. We start each morning at 7:00 a.m. sharp at our shop. We need hard-working, dedicated individuals who are looking for a good place to work long-term. Experience desired, but we will train the right candidate. Construction and crew lead experience a plus and will be compensated accordingly! We will pay you well for your experience. We provide coveralls and all tools and transportation to the job and back.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.+, climb ladders, crawl under buildings and attics, kneel, reach overhead and bend comfortably. Must be okay working in all kinds of weather.
2. Must be able to work in confined spaces (dark/tight areas) for long periods of time.
3. Construction experience is a plus.
4. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
5. Good driving record is a plus.
Great pay and benefits, including employer paid health insurance, 401k, vacation/PTO and holiday pay. Potential for overtime. WE PAY MORE if you have more experience or crew lead experience. We will pay more based on overall work history.
