Full-time | $35–$40 per hour (DOE) + spiffs

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are ready to join a professional, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless, etc.)

Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners about recommended solutions

Perform precision maintenance and safety inspections

Document work using ServiceTitan or similar software

Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and uphold high professional standards

What We Offer

Top pay: $35–$40/hr. (based on experience and performance)

Spiffs. Our top techs make over $70 per hour with spiffs

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience

EPA Universal Certification (required)

Oregon Limited Energy License or ability to obtain

Strong communication and customer service skills

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Professional, reliable, and ready to lead by example
