Job Overview:
The Airport Shuttle Supervisor / Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shuttle services at PDX. This role ensures that all drivers meet safety standards, schedules are followed, and the team maintains the company’s high level of customer service. The supervisor will serve as the main point of contact between the airport management and shuttle teams and will address any operational issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise shuttle drivers, providing leadership and support to ensure timely and safe transportation services.
-Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure all shuttles are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
-Train new drivers on routes, safety procedures, and company protocols.
-Handle real-time problem-solving in cases of breakdowns, delays, or incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
-Communicate with airport managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of services.
