OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and motivated independently-working Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showing up to every scheduled shift, transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations while providing excellent customer service as an Independent Contractor service provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving, possess high-level driving skills, and be comfortable with heavy lifting and moving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate a delivery van vehicle for deliveries
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured properly
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations
- Assist in warehouse duties when not on the road for your route
- Personal vehicle for deliveries acceptable, delivery van for rent option available
REQUIREMENTS
- English speaking
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license
- Background check required
AVAILABLE SCHEDULES
- Full time (6 days on, 3 days off rotation)
- Part time (3-4 days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and sometimes a 4th as needed)
- Back-up driver (on-call, as needed)
