Video editing/content creation

I've been doing research and have many micro SD cards and footage on my phone that I'm being hurried to turn into videos on a utbe channel. I am unbelievably behind in today's expectations of tech skills. I'm working with a podcast wherein they want to produce a series of interviews with me showcasing my evidence and ongoing work. However they want to hold airing my first episode until I have a platform to steer listeners to - to confirm my discoveries. I need someone to edit and create atleast a few 30 min videos out of my accumulating footage, and build a Utube channel. I would want and have to be hands on with this and hope to be taught how to do this on my own. If I can find someone whom I jive with, this could become an ongoing relationship.
