The full Pay Range is $86,100.00 - $160,300.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. By crafting dynamic dashboards and creating compelling data visualizations, you’ll not just present data, but tell a story that drives strategic initiatives and fosters organizational growth. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, your role will be pivotal in ensuring every level of the organization can make informed, data-driven decisions. Your ability to make data understandable and actionable will be key to driving impactful changes and achieving long-term success. Remote work within TX, GA, WA, AZ, SC, OR and IDWHAT YOU'LL DO:

Champion Data Initiatives: Drive key data initiatives across the division and organization. You'll contribute insightful analysis, benchmarks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations, presenting them effectively in Quarterly Business Reviews or leadership meetings.

Craft Interactive Dashboards: Design and develop engaging, interactive dashboards and data visualizations that present complex data in a clear, actionable manner, making it accessible to all stakeholders.

Deliver Custom Insights: Conduct thorough ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions. Create custom reports tailored to meet the unique needs of various stakeholders, providing them with data-driven insights.

Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement, and encouraging a culture of analytical excellence.

Optimize Data Queries: Code efficient queries integrating multiple data sources using business information tools and cloud-based platforms, ensuring robust and streamlined data retrieval.

Ensure Data Accuracy: Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting. Identify and rectify any data quality issues promptly to maintain the integrity of your analyses.

Uncover Trends and Patterns: Utilize advanced analytical techniques and statistical models to reveal trends, patterns, and insights, helping to inform strategic decisions.

Peer Review Projects: Engage in peer reviews of team members’ projects, offering constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Leverage Analytical Tools: Use advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python) to enhance your data analysis capabilities and deliver more profound insights.

Deploy Tags Efficiently: Develop and deploy tags as needed using a Tag Management System (TMS), ensuring effective data collection for analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or web analytics, finance, or tech industry.

Experience using reporting and visual data analytics tools.

Proficient in collaborating with key partners to stay informed about trends and developments affecting digital channels.

Experience in project management.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience using Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager.

Previous experience using JavaScript/CSS, JQuery, and Regex.

Previous experience using data manipulation tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Alteryx, SAS, Informatica, Google BigQuery or related software.

Experience with data warehouse, data modeling, and statistical analysis.

Experience in SQL, R, Python, or similar programming language.

Experience with data sources including Google Analytics (web behavior), transactional databases, and member profile information.
