Customer Experience Administrator - Call CenterAs a Customer Experience Administrator - Call Center here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customer experience team in delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers. You will assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager, and you'll work out of our Salem, OR location on a hybrid work schedule 3/2. This role will support Supra line of products.In this role, you will impact the customer experience by providing efficient and effective support to the customer experience team.
