DescriptionStaffing Coordinator- Providence Benedictine Nursing Center- Home HealthSchedule; Full Time/ DaysLocation: Salem, OregonAccountable for the efficient coordination of the Home Health clinical staff schedules. Scope of work includes triaging incoming calls to the Home Health agency; scheduling visits in an electronic scheduling system; ensuring staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity. Also responsible for notifying clinical staff of daily schedules, confirming upcoming admission visits with patients and providing Intake Nurse, Clinical Liaison, and the Clinical Supervisors/Managers with staffing information.Working in Home Health provides the unique opportunity to care for your patients where they are most comfortable. Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Educational coursework in medical terminology or knowledge acquired through on-the-job experience.

Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.

Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.

2 years of recent experience as a scheduler, Home Health Aide, unit secretary, or related experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: 2 years college education.

Experience in a Home Services agency.
