Life Coaches/DSP work directly with individuals who have developmental, physical, and/or intellectual disabilities to help them achieve their highest degree of autonomy and independence desired. This position provides direct support, positive direction, and assistance to individuals in accordance with program policies and procedures and personal outcome measures. IS Living's goal is to ensure that each individual we serve is afforded every opportunity to live their lives in a way which maximized their autonomy with an aim of reaching a genuine level of community integration.
We have full and part-time positions available.
Shifts Available: Swing and Graveyard (NOC), includes weekends.
Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to pass State/Local background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
