Need some help/possible room for rent

I need help with everyday things, plus minimal working out my legs, showering and preparing snacks. You need to be in good physical shape to help me shower and to get in my pickup, however I do only weigh about 110 pounds. It could be mornings afternoons or evenings. I am very flexible 2 to 4 hours a day 2 to 4 days a week or evenings. I also would consider renting a room out with access to the shared kitchen/living room for some care-giving.
