What You’ll Do:
Landscaping & Maintenance: Mow, edge, and maintain lawns, remove weeds, rake leaves, and trim trees, bushes, and shrubs.
Grounds Cleanup: Collect and remove trash, empty recycling containers, and ensure parking lots and designated areas are clean and debris-free.
Planting & Irrigation: Prepare soil, plant flowers, bushes, and shrubs, and maintain lawn sprinkler systems, including scheduling and repairs.
Seasonal Tasks: Shovel snow and ensure sidewalks, steps, and doorways are safe and accessible during winter months.
What We’re Looking For:
Some knowledge with power equipment and landscaping tools (mowers, trimmers, etc.).
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining grounds.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor as needed.
