Schedule: Must be available between 3:00 PM and 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday

Pay Rate: $14.90 - $18.50 /HR

Overtime: Yes

Positions we are hiring for:

1. Periodics- Custodial Services

Perform periodics services (floor care, windows, etc.) in a manner that meets division standards and maintains customer

satisfaction.

Provide site coverage in the absence of supervisors and/or employees within Custodial Services.

2. Custodian

Performs custodial duties to fulfill custodial services contract requirements according to customer specifications. Performs

all tasks in a safe manner and meets quality standards.

Performs custodial duties such as vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other miscellaneous services safely

and in compliance with all policies and procedures.

Performs quality assurance.

Provides input on ways the organization can create integrated employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Participates on and attends committees/teams as assigned.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

3. Quality Assurance Trainer

As a Quality Assurance Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring sites meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll lead by example, providing training and assessment to the team. Your dedication to excellence will uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Verify contract specifications are met to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct inspections and follow-up to maintain quality standards.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Provide training and direction to custodial employees.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of custodial operations experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; Spanish communication is

preferred.

Ability to operate equipment and perform tasks.

Potential for long-term employment.
