Our Service Technicians are responsible for satisfactorily completing Pfeifer Roofing, Inc. Service jobs. They will assess, repair and document roofing deficiencies, or report the nature of issues if they are not roofing deficiencies. Communicating with clients to discern their roofing maintenance/repair/service needs and identify and propose additional services as needed.
This position has the following job requirements
Work with the service superintendent and other service technicians to diagnose and repair roof-related problems.
o Document current conditions and future needs.
Ability to work safely and capably on all roof systems.
o Abide by all safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.
o Demonstrate proficiency in roof systems.
o Complete documentation required to log and bill jobs.
Deliver excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
o Perform work according to Pfeifer Roofing standards.
o As a representative of the company, exhibit professional and courteous behavior when interacting with members of the public.
Education and Experience
One to Five years of Roofing Production/Service Roofing Experience
Valid driver’s license and insurable record under company auto liability
Bilingual preferred - English/Spanish
OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour card preferred
Ability to work 8- to 12- hour shifts, weekdays, and weekends
Specialized training, such as, safety, manufacturer system training, specific equipment, DOT compliance etc.
