In-Home Design & Sales Consultant- full time/exempt

Custom Decorators, Inc. (CDI) has immediate opportunities for experienced design & sales professionals to partner with us as in-home, custom window treatment consultants.
Who We Are:
Custom Decorators is the premier in-home design and installation service for major retailers in North America and Canada. We specialize in custom-made blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. We manage all aspects of our clients' projects from the creative concept to ordering and installation. For over 25 years, our innovation, expertise, and value have offered the ideal shop-at-home solution for our clients' window fashion needs.
Who We're Looking For:

Our consultants come from various backgrounds such as interior design, window treatment sales, flooring sales, closet design, home staging, and more! We also have consultants that have degrees in design and similar fields. We are looking for employees to join us that feel comfortable being on the move, who can build relationships with clients, and who want to make the most of a competitive compensation plan.
Preferred Skills:
At least one year of experience with in-home sales
Experience with window treatments
Energized and passionate
Results-driven
Technologically savvy
