FOOD PRODUCTION/ SANITATION: STARTING AT $16.50–$19.00 AN HOUR
All Star Labor and Staffing is now hiring for a food production company for a Production line and Sanitation in the McMinnville OR area.
-Sanitation:
This position is mainly, but not limited to sanitize the facility and machinery used to produce food.
Maintain work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Disassemble manufacturing lines. Sweep and mop floors. Pressure wash using pressure washer. Prior experience is required.
-Production Line/Packaging: This position is mainly, but not limited to ensure proper production and packaging with quality, speed and accuracy, communicate with staff on quality issues, identify potential problems, and work in a fast-paced production line.
REQUIREMENTS:
FOOD SAFETY – Notify management of any Food Safety Issue. Aware of empowerment to act to resolve Food Safety issues within the scope of work. Conform to all Good Manufacturing Practices.
Must understand Allergens (All kinds of nuts allergens)
Must understand and follow all GMP, SQF, HAACP, BBP and Food Defense policies.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Able to work in a team environment.
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Starting at $16.50–$19 an hour
(Depending on what shift are available at the time it would be the one of the following shifts.)
Shift 1: 4AM – 4PM Sunday - every/other Wednesday
Shift 2: 4PM – 4AM Sunday - e/o Wednesday
Shift 3: 4AM – 4PM e/o Wednesday - Saturday
Shift 4: 4PM – 4AM e/o Wednesday – Saturday
Shift 5: Monday – Fridays as needed depending on business needs and 8-12 hour shifts (start times vary).
