Philco and Associates Inc., a family-owned business is looking for an individual to work in our office who is a customer service expert. This individual must be organized, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Daily tasks require attention to detail, answering multi-line phones, communicating with customers and vendors in the distribution industry. Responsibilities also include processing customer orders, printing warehouse pack lists, processing POD (proof of delivery), post receivers, invoicing, and other duties as assigned. This position is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Wage is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Email a current resume to dick@philcoinc.com.
