Position: Administrative Assistant (Accounting, Invoicing, Reception, & Marketing)
Location: Salem, OR
Responsibilities:
o Accounting: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, & processing invoices.
o Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
o Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries.
o Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating promotional activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting, invoicing, or related administrative roles preferred.
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus.
