General Contractor looking to add office assistant to our growing business.
Duties include:
- Monday - Friday part-time
- answering phone calls
- assist in payroll and time tracking of employees
- light office cleaning
- have Quickbook knowledge for inputting receipts and invoices
- process incoming and outgoing mail
- computer knowledge
- knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- self motivated and dependable and able to work independently at times
- maintain filing system
