Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Supervising Community Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for the 478-unit community of Woodburn Place Apartments. This beautiful Class-A apartment community includes amenities such as an outdoor pool & spa, community room, fitness center, outdoor play & picnic area and much more!
The Supervising Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from.

Location: Woodburn Place Apartments (Woodburn, OR)
Annual Rate: $62,400-$70,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
FLSA Status: Exempt
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend, eligible for bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.
