Key Responsibilities
Recruiting and Growth: Assist Principal Broker with recruiting and marketing efforts.
Property Showings & Open Houses: Show homes and host open houses.
Client Interaction: Discuss property information, terms, and guide clients through the transaction process.
Transaction Management: Assist with closing procedures, document preparation, and contract management.
Administrative Support: Manage MLS listings, CRM software, and scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills
Licensure: Must pass state-mandated exams and educational requirements.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and property transactions.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
