Journeyman-level carpenter/finisher sought. Applicants should be able to perform concrete forming and finishing at a skilled level. Job tasks include but are not limited to: forming and reinforcement of structural footings/foundations/walls, all aspects of finishing slab-on-grade, forming and finishing of site concrete such as curb/gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps. Experience with saw-cutting and finishing equipment (riders/walk-behinds), is considered a plus.
Prevailing wage work throughout the Willamette Valley, with minimal travel anticipated. Competitive private scales are negotiated DOE. Eligibility for health and retirement benefits opens following preliminary wait period.
Potential employees should anticipate passing a pre-employment drug test as a requirement of the position.
