Accounting Administrator

Description Bridget Killen at Robert Half is searching for a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Administrator to join our team in Tangent, Oregon. In this role, you will be handling responsibilities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a team of 8 staff members and other members working on behalf of the organization. The role also encompasses administrative duties to assist staff, including onboarding new employees and setting up accounts for Outlook email, phones, etc. Responsibilities: Handling payroll for both staff members and members working on behalf of the organization Assisting in the preparation and tracking of the annual budget and monitoring finances throughout the fiscal year Regular reporting of financials for membership Serving as the point of contact for audits Timecard keeping for contractors Performing administrative duties to assist staff as needed If you're interested in this role, please reach out to Bridget Killen at 541.344.9931 or connect over Bridget Killen | LinkedInRequirements Proficiency in payroll processing Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks Proficiency in invoice processing Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with QuickBooks payroll software Certified Payroll detail oriented (CPP) certification is a plus Knowledge of financial regulations and standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
