TEKSystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Allentown, PA! Inbound calls and emails. Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveriesUtilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposesWill be creating some new orders (both home and residential) All info entered in database "Trucks", which they will train on, but Microsoft experience is translatableAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
