We are urgently hiring for a compassionate caregiver to care for a gentleman in Mertztown, PA. Caregiver must drive (driving is not required during the shift, but client is located in Mertztown, so we want to ensure that the caregiver we are hiring has transportation to & from shifts), be able to perform incontinence care, must have NO lifting restrictions as the client is about 300lbs, & must have dementia experience & be able to redirect during sundowning episodes. The shifts are overnight from 7pm-7am (12 hours) 5 days/week. The client lives close to Luther Home Topton, has 3 cats, & lives with his wife. He is a wandering risk and must be under your supervision at all times. Client suffers from sundown syndrome, is ambulatory with a walker, utilizes a gait bait during transfers, & needs assistance toileting (may have episodes of incontinence).
